The opening chords of “Sweet Home Alabama” were met with a huge cheer from the crowd and “Voodoo Chile” was tremendous, a hell of a backing line from Zolt and Kev, while Tanny let rip with some scorching licks, floor pedals getting stomped on and the obligatory teeth playing the strings.
The final tune in the trilogy of encores was the full nine yards version of “Free bird”. Absolutely wonderful stuff, Kev hammering away at the back, stripped to the waist for action and Tanny even managed a sup of his pint half way through, whilst thrashing out a riff single-handedly.
It’s not often that a band will attempt such a tune, but these guys did it admirably. It was a great set and a great afternoon, thoroughly enjoyed by the full house crowd.

10 0'clock and Tin Pan Alley take us by surprise and give us two hours of classic rock – Hendrix to Zeppelin and many others. The crowd absolutely loved it. Brilliantly played and well presented – it's amazing what a sound a three-piece can make. The lighters were up for Free bird, just one of a run of crowd – pleasers. The TT crowds would love this lot.
Currently the band has undergone its first line up change, with new Bass Player Andy Elliott replacing Neil “Zolt” Ingiszi. The rest of the line up being founder members Kev Cook (Drums) and Tanny (Guitar and Vocals). Andy comes with 20 years of playing and recording experience, and joined in October 2005
So on a normal night, from the opening blast of “Scuttlebuttin’” through to 10 minutes of “Free Bird” there will be something to please any lover of guitar based rock and blues.
Check it out!
